For Human Resources

Your HRIS knows who your people are. It doesn't know who can work that shift.

For people leaders at registered NDIS providers with 150 staff or more: connect a employment record to a capability record, so onboarding, mobility and exit all carry compliance records with them.

Book a walkthrough

Lack of data integration increases your risk profile.

When the employment record and the capability record stop agreeing with each other, your points of failure multiply.

A worker moves and nothing follows them

Internal mobility is good for retention and terrible for compliance. A worker who moves to a new house is now supporting people they have never been trained for, and nothing in the employment record knows that. Eligibility is calculated per participant, so the gap shows up the moment they move rather than at the next audit.

How Participant Plans work

Onboarding finishes before capability starts

HR completes the paperwork, the worker appears on a roster, and the training that was meant to happen first happens third. Assignment triggered by the HRIS appointment, and visible to the roster, closes that window.

Skill-based rostering

Credential expiry is discovered, not anticipated

A lapsed Worker Screening clearance means a worker who cannot legally be in the role today and a shift with nobody in it. Expiry belongs in a workflow with lead time in front of it.

How Participant Plans work

Focus on what matters for Human Resources

Onboarding at volume

Getting new starters productive fast, in a sector with turnover you don't control.

Screening and credential risk

Nobody working in a risk-assessed role on a lapsed clearance. Ever.

One source of truth

Positions, appointments and terminations flow out once, with no re-keying.

The performance cycle

A review process that completes, and that managers have evidence for.

Acquisitions and transfers

Absorbing a workforce without inheriting an unknown compliance position.

Defensible process

When a matter goes to a tribunal, being able to show what was required and what was provided.

Your HRIS stays the system of record.

Where HRIS sync is enabled, user profiles flow from your HRIS into Ausmed and the portal becomes read-only for that data - so nothing is maintained twice and nobody in HR becomes the person who remembers to tell the LMS that someone left.

HRIS integration
A dated, attributed record of what a worker was required to hold and what was signed off

Show what was required, and what was provided.

When a matter reaches a tribunal the question is documentary: what the role required, what the worker was assigned, when they completed it, and what their manager recorded at the time. Training, competency sign-offs, credentials and supervision notes sit against the worker, dated and attributed, so the answer is retrieved rather than reconstructed.

Where to start

Human resources leaders trust Ausmed.

Training

Assignment that starts from the appointment in your HRIS, not from a reminder.

Participant Plans

Participant Plans, so a worker moving house does not create a silent gap.

Participant Plans

Supervision

A performance cycle that completes and leaves a defensible record.

Supervision

"It's not just seeing evidence of a certificate either; you want to know specifically what content they were trained with and why."

Frequently asked questions

What happens to a worker's record when they leave?

Their requirements close with the termination, and their historical evidence is retained against the dates it applied to. That is what you need if a period they worked in is later audited.

How is worker data protected?

Ausmed holds ISO 27001 certification for information security. Access to sensitive records such as credential evidence documents is restricted to nominated verifiers and administrators.
