Lecture Overview

Too often, people in healthcare workplaces are having negative experiences as a result of staff incivility. It is clearly destructive to the aims we are trying to achieve. This session with Sean Smith teaches that by establishing and maintaining clear personal boundaries, we can learn to manage these behaviours and come away feeling better about the work we do.
