The article gave pertinent information on the attributes of a nurse educator in a micro education format as it was important and honed in on the important characteristics of the educator.

Nurse Educators must incorporate all aspects of Leadership, in order to motivate, inspire and become the "Sphere of Influence" that creates the Joy of Learning whilst also promoting innovative change among others.
