What is this article about?

Critical thinking skills have been linked to improved patient outcomes, better quality patient care and improved safety outcomes in healthcare. Given this, it's necessary for educators in healthcare to stimulate and lead further dialogue about how these skills are taught, assessed and integrated into the design and development of staff and nurse education and training programs. Really interesting and simple reading on how to cultivate critical thinking with stages and steps included. Causes me to reflect on where I am in my critical thinking and how I can improve and also be a better teacher.
