Biography
Paula Lewis is a registered mental health nurse, qualified teacher and experienced Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessor. With over 35 years as a senior nurse both in the NHS and independent sector, including being a Home Manager, Director of Nursing, Responsible Individual and Managing Director of a Health and Social Care company for over 25 years. Paula now leads Thryve Consulting Group Ltd, providing specialist mental capacity assessments, professional coaching and tailored training. She is passionate about promoting ethical, person-centred decision-making and improving understanding of the Mental Capacity Act across diverse settings.
