Lecture Overview

It's common for those receiving home care to be experiencing multiple chronic conditions and, as a result, require multiple medications. This only increases the risk of medication errors to occur within the home. In this lecture, Dr Treasure McGuire presents on safe medication administration in the home and additional ways healthcare professionals can support primary health carers.
