Lecture Overview

Dysphagia is the medical term for swallowing difficulties. Although dysphagia is not part of the normal ageing process, it's common in older adults due to a variety of physiological factors. In this lecture, clinical pharmacist Gauri Godbole provides an overview of this condition and introduces the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Framework.
