Bullying and harassment are endemic in our society and no matter where you work, you are likely to encounter bullies. You yourself may even occasionally bully people. This mandatory training module looks at some of the fundamental aspects of bullying and reveals information that all staff should know.

Target Audience

All staff who work in health care. Bullying and Harassment is also intended for staff commencing employment at any level in the healthcare sector.

Great resource, especially for workplaces where bullying is known to happen. Management should also see this video so that they can feel confident when dealing with staff who are accused of bullying.
