The resources used was very useful in my role. It gave me an idea on how to conduct a performance appraisal, other factors to be considered such as Performance indicators, expected performance standard, short and long term goals and a statement of job responsibilities. It also gave me some ideas on common objectives of completing a performance appraisal.
