Biography

Megan Clark has led the Maternity and Neonates Clinical Pharmacy team at Monash Health in Victoria since 2013. She was awarded the William Mercer Young Achiever and SHPA Early Career Pharmacist of the Year awards in 2021 for her work in a few areas, including development of a point of care Newborn Emergency Medicines Book and setting up the high risk obstetrics clinical pharmacy service within the health service. Megan is passionate about medication safety and managing the healthcare systems that exist primarily for adults, and tailoring them safely to suit the vulnerable neonatal and paediatric populations.
