Biography

Archana Panta is a clinical nurse educator, trainer and assessor. She has a bachelor’s degrees in nursing and architecture. With over eleven years of experience in aged care and community care settings, Archana has held diverse roles in both teaching and management. As a qualified nurse immuniser and mental health nurse, Archana’s health expertise spans various facets of healthcare. Her dedication to education is evident through her work as a trainer and assessor in a registered training organisation (RTO), where she mentors students from diverse backgrounds, including nursing and occupational therapy. Archana’s contributions extend to presenting at national conferences on topics such as dementia and the impact of colour, reflecting her commitment to advancing healthcare knowledge. In her current role, she continues to inspire and educate healthcare professionals, leaving an indelible mark on her students and the industry.
