Osteoarthritis is a chronic condition seen in many patients. It's characterised by pain, stiffness, swelling and impaired function. In this session, Dr Matthew Jones, accredited exercise physiologist, busts the many myths surrounding this condition and reviews current literature for the management of knee osteoarthritis based on contemporary pain science and a biopsychosocial approach.
