Dr Kate Kynoch is a registered nurse with 20 years of critical care nursing, research and evidence synthesis and implementation experience. She is currently the state-wide knowledge translation manager for Mater Health and Director of the Queensland Centre for Evidence Based Nursing and Midwifery: A Joanna Briggs Institute Centre of Excellence. Kate’s research program focuses on improving patient and family experiences in healthcare, patient and family health information needs and patient safety.
