• Define and explain how social connectedness may affect an individual’s sense of wellbeing and their daily life at work.
• Reflect on how positive social connectedness in the workplace promotes the development of a team’s wellbeing.
• Be familiar with resources that promote positive social connectedness in your personal and professional community.
